Can I make a reservation on the telephone?
We are sorry, but the telephone reservation can support only Japanese language. please use reservation form.
Is the waiting for cancellation possible ?

When I cancel the room reservation, when should I contact you by ?
In case of your cancellation or changing your reservation, please contact us 7 days before the reservation day at the latest.

about Stay(accommodation)

What time is check-in and check-out ?
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
Please tell me the time for dinner / breakfast .
Dinner starts at 6:00pm or 6:30pm .
If you can contact us in advance, we can prepare dinner for you earlier than that.

Breakfast is served from 8:00am or 8:30am .
What time should I arrive ?
Due to the convenience of your dinner time, please arrive around 6:00pm .
We are serving all meals, so thank you for your understanding.
Can I stay without meals ?
We are sorry, but we all have 2 meals per night.
Dinner and breakfast are included in the price of the room.
Can I designate a room ?
We apologize, but we will choose the room for you at our discretion.
If you have a room you would like, please contact us.
We will prepare your room according to your wishes as much as possible.
(We cannot make a definite promise.)
Is there a bath in the room ?
There is only one apartment with a private bathroom (for 2 people).
Other than it, it is the room without a private bathroom.
Please use the family style bath (away).
Is the western toilet in your room ?
Yes. All are Western-style washlets.
There is one Japanese style in the toilet of the banquet hall.
Can I stay alone ?
We apologize, but reservations are accepted for a party of two or more people per 1 room.
(There is no room for one, single room.)
Can I take our meals in my room ?
Yes. If you wish, we will prepare the dinner and the breakfast in one of the rooms.

Can we eat together in the group ?

Yes. We will keep it from morning.

Yes. Three types of yukata for children are available.
Is there a humidifier ?
Yes. The autumn - spring heating use period is prepared for all the accommodation rooms.
Is there a curfew ?
No. There is no curfew.
We will hand you the room key at check-in.
There is sometimes a late-night events in Nara, but it's okay.

Because after 10:00 p.m. we can not cope except in an emergency, please understand that point.

Can I use only meals ?
Yes. We are preparing for lunch and dinner by reservation.

Is there a taxi at the station square ?
Nara stations (Kintetsu / JR) usually have several taxis waiting,
There are times when it is not in the rainy season or tourist season.

Can I arrange a taxi in the morning ?
If you make a reservation by the evening of the previous day, we will be at your designated time.
On the day of rainy days and sightseeing season,

How much is the taxi fare from the station or the airport ?
Since it is a guide only, please refer to the reference level.

It's located in a difficult place to say.
Please bring me an information map of the EDOSAN etc if you can.
Because EDOSAN is in Nara Park, there is no guide sign on the way.
Do you have a shuttle bus from station ?
We are sorry, but we do not have a shuttle bus service.
Please come to our ryokan on foot or by taxi from the station.

When is cherry blossoms blooming ?
The flowering of the cherry tree considerably changes every year.
Normally, the cherry blossoms in Nara are often around the best time around April 10.
When is the best time to see autumn leaves ?
The autumn leaves considerably changes every year.
Nara's autumn leaves are usually in the middle of November most of the time.
However, depending on the year, it may slip into the beginning of December.
Does snow fall ?
Snow does not fall much around Nara Park.
Can you cook without any meat and fish ?
Dinner,launch and breakfast is only Japanese food.
Many fish(seafood) and little meat are used for foods.
(All the course content is chef's choice)

Without fish, we cannot cook.
The dish for vegetarians cannot be prepared.

If you make an offer at the time of reservation,we may be able to accommodate your request.
We can prepare for cooking not to use the following ingredients for.

meat(beef, chicken, pork), shellfish, crustacea(shrimp, crab)

We cannot accept it even if there is a demand about dish contents from you on the staying day.
I have an allergy, can you handle it for me ?
If you make an offer at the time of reservation,we may be able to accommodate your request.
We can prepare for cooking not to use the following ingredients for.

buckwheat, peanuts

We cannot accept it even if there is a demand about dish contents from you on the staying day.

The items which you requested can be largely avoided, but we cook meat, fish, or vegetables at one same kitchen.
Even if an allergic reaction comes out, we cannot bear the allergic responsibility.
