Reservation flow (stay)


1.After choosing the plan, please use the "Reserve (this Plan)" button
for moving to a reservation form.

2.After you finish filling out a reservation form,
please use the "Send" button to send it.

3.We will reply you within 1-2 days usually after checking the availability.
We will request credit card details as aguarantee of your reservation.
(Please send it using SSL forms)

4.After we have received your available card details, your reservation is confirmed.

We accept the following credit cards:
VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diner's Club, UC, DC, Master Card

We receive a room reservation on "a first-come-first-served basis".



Cancellation Policy (stay)

About cancellation and NO-SHOWS

We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival,
otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

By making a reservation with EDOSAN, you accept and agree
to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy.
We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy
carefully prior to making your reservation


About cancellation fee

10% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us
about your cancellation or any changes by 7 to 4 days
before your scheduled arrival.

20% of of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us
about your cancellation or any changes by 3 to 2 days
before your scheduled arrival.

50% of of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us
about your cancellation or any changes by the day
of your scheduled arrival.

100% of your total amount will be charged if No show.



About Standard deposit policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

No deposit will be charged at time of booking.

The payment will be settled at check out by cash or credit card.
